Use it when you need to check the plan’s status, manage linked orders, cycle checks, embryos or see recent breeding activities. ## What's on this page - **Breeding plan**: core details – mare, plan number, year, customer, agent / insemination‑station, usage type, stallion, semen type, studbook, last insemination date, status, optional carrying mare, flushed on date, barrenness certificate and note. - **Embryos**: appears only for plans using ET or ICSI; lists any embryos and (when the feature is active) lets you add, edit or remove them. - **Related orders**: table of all orders linked to this plan showing shipping date, agent, usage type, stallion, order number and payment status; an **Add** button creates a new semen order. - **Related mare cycle checks**: table of cycle checks linked to this plan with date, mare and pregnancy result; an **Add** button lets you record a new check. - **Breeding activities**: most recent breeding‑related activities of the mare (inseminations, cycle checks, foalings). ## Common tasks ### Edit the breeding plan 1. Click the **Edit** button at the top right of the page. 2. Change any fields you need – for example usage type, stallion or status. 3. Press **Save** to apply the changes. ### Add a related order 1. In the **Related orders** tile, click the **Add** button. 2. Fill in the order details such as agent, stallion, usage type and shipping date. 3. Click **Save** to link the new order to this breeding plan. ### Add a mare cycle check 1. In the **Related mare cycle checks** tile, click the **Add** button. 2. Choose the mare, set the date and indicate if she is pregnant. 3. Click **Save** to record the check. ## Good to know - The **Embryos** tile only shows for ET or ICSI plans; other plans hide it unless embryos already exist. - Agent, stallion, usage type and semen type are taken from the most recent order; if no order exists the plan’s own values are shown. - **Add** buttons appear only if you have permission to manage orders or mare cycle checks. - The barrenness certificate can be opened, uploaded or removed only when you have rights to manage horses; otherwise it appears as a simple link. - **Edit** button (top right) opens the edit breeding plan modal. - **Delete** button (top right) opens the delete breeding plan confirmation modal. - **Add** button in the **Related orders** tile opens the add order modal. - **Add** button in the **Related mare cycle checks** tile opens the add mare cycle check modal. - **Add embryo** button in the **Embryos** tile opens the save embryo modal. ## Add embryo / Edit embryo {#save-embryo} This modal lets you add a new embryo to a breeding plan or edit the details of an existing one. ### Carrying mare - Choose the mare that is currently carrying the embryo from the drop‑down list; only visible female horses appear. Leave empty if the mare is unknown. ### Transfer successful - Pick **Yes** if the embryo transfer succeeded, **No** if it failed, or leave blank for unknown. ### After saving - The embryo is saved into the breeding plan and appears in the plan’s embryo list; the plan view refreshes automatically for you and other users with access.
