It lets you configure stallion products, record semen collections, keep an up‑to‑date inventory, sell semen through your webshop, handle orders and organise picking, shipping and insemination routes. The mare side is covered in the Breeding and Breeding mares sections. ## What the stallion side covers All activities revolve around the semen of your stallions – from collection to the moment it is used to inseminate a mare – and the settings you define determine what customers see and can purchase. ## How it works together 1. [Settings](/documentation/breeding-shop-settings/) – Define which stallions are offered, the semen types (fresh or frozen), prices, shipping methods, agents / insemination stations, collection stations, terms and trusted countries. 2. [Semen journal](/documentation/mount-list/) – Record each collection; a mount is created and the inventory updates automatically. 3. [Semen inventory](/documentation/breeding-inventory-list/) – See total **Portions fresh** and **Straws frozen** per stallion; tap a stallion to open its [Semen inventory](/documentation/breeding-inventory-details/) detail view where you can edit mounts, print a fresh label or destroy remaining stock. 4. Customers order via the Webshop you configured; the resulting orders appear in [Orders](/documentation/semen-order-list/) where you can edit, print the breeding agreement and export shipping slips. 5. For a shipping date open the [Shipping list](/documentation/semen-picklist/) to pick the required fresh or frozen semen or to create an external order; then use [Insemination routes](/documentation/insemination-routes/) to arrange the daily route and export a PDF. 6. [Breedings](/documentation/shop-breeding-plan-list/) – view all semen orders linked to stallions, grouped by year; you can add new orders or export the current list. 7. [Breeding details](/documentation/shop-breeding-plan-details/) – shows the mare’s breeding plan, the stallion, related orders, cycle checks and activities, and lets you add orders directly. ## Webshop for your customers The webshop is the online store of your stallion station. Customers create an account, register their mares, browse the stallions you have set up, see the prices, shipping options, terms and trusted‑country rules you defined in Settings, and place semen orders. They can track order status and view the breeding agreement. All webshop orders flow into the Orders screen and follow the same picking and shipping process as manually entered orders. ## Good to know - The numbers shown in **Has Stock** are summed from all mounts that still have available portions or straws. - Only stallions with a breeding product defined in **Settings** appear in inventory and order screens. - Changing prices, shipping options, terms or trusted‑country rules in **Settings** updates the webshop instantly. - In the **Shipping list** you can add an external order when your own stock is insufficient; the **Is overdue** filter highlights late shipments.
