The left side shows the horse name, usage badges and an **Inactive** label if the horse is hidden. The columns to the right represent each **Care** activity type (e.g., Farrier). For each horse you see the date of the last completed activity, a plus‑icon if no record exists, a warning icon if the last entry wasn’t marked as done, and a badge that reads **Planned for today**, **Next** date or **Overdue**. - **Filter**: opens a dialog where you can filter horses by category, group, gender, age, location, inactive status and by stable (if you have more than one). The button shows a badge with the number of active filters. - **Search**: the field with placeholder "Search by Name, UELN or Chipnr..." lets you find a horse by name, UELN or chip number. - **Navigation arrows**: appear left and right of the activity‑type header when there are more care types than fit on the screen. Tap or swipe to scroll through the columns. - **Pull‑to‑refresh**: on mobile, pull the list down to reload the data. ## Common tasks ### View the last and next care dates for a horse 1. Find the horse’s row in the table. 2. Look under the relevant care‑activity column. The displayed date is the last time the task was done. 3. A red warning triangle means the activity was not marked as done. A badge **Planned for today**, **Next** date or **Overdue** shows when the next care is due. ### Mark a care activity as finished 1. In a cell that shows a warning triangle, click the cell. 2. The floating card opens; press **Mark as finished**. 3. The table updates with the new completion date. ### Plan a new care activity 1. Click an empty cell (plus icon) or any cell where you want to schedule a task. 2. In the floating card, tap **Plan**. 3. The “Plan care activity” modal opens – choose date, time, notes and click **Save**. 4. The new activity appears as a **Next** badge in the table. ## Good to know - Only care activity types that belong to the **Care** category and are not hidden appear as columns. - The table initially loads only active horses (those with a stable). After you apply a filter, all horses (including inactive) are fetched, which may cause a short loading delay. - The **Inactive** label and the "Show inactive" filter are visible only if you have rights to view hidden horses. - The **Mark as finished** and **Plan** actions are shown only when you have permission to edit activities; otherwise those buttons are hidden. ## Plan care activity {#plan-care-activity} Schedule a care task for a horse. ### Activity - Choose the care activity type (e.g., Farrier, Deworming). This determines which care column the entry will appear in. ### Contact - Optionally select a contact (owner, vet, farrier) to link to the activity. ### Note - Add any extra information or instructions; it will be saved with the activity. ### Recurrence (optional) - Enable recurrence to have the care repeat automatically (for example, every 6 weeks). ### After saving - The new care activity shows up in the horse’s care overview and in the List, Day and Calendar screens.
