Stable owners and staff use them to schedule activities, keep track of usage and generate invoices. They integrate with the activities module and, when the TransPas integration is active, show external bookings. ## What a facility is Each facility belongs to a stable, has a specific type, a capacity for a certain number of horses, and can be enabled or disabled. A disabled facility is hidden from the reservation calendar and marked with a **Disabled** badge. ## How it works together 1. **[Manage facilities](/documentation/manage-facilities/)** – Create, edit, enable or disable facilities, set capacity and booking rules. This defines which resources are available for reservation. 2. **[Facility reservations](/documentation/facility-planning/)** – In the calendar you add a reservation for a horse, choose a facility, date, start time and duration, and later edit or cancel your own bookings. Use the **Facility type** filter and, if you have multiple stables, the **Stable** filter to narrow the view. 3. **[Facility reservations](/documentation/transpas/)** – When TransPas is active, imported reservations appear in a Gantt chart. You can edit, move to another facility or cancel them, but you cannot create new reservations here. ## TransPas reservations If your organisation uses the TransPas integration, the reservations imported from TransPas are shown in a separate Gantt view. Staff can adjust the time, reassign the reservation to a different facility, or cancel it, but the original source data remains in TransPas. ## Good to know - You need facility‑management rights to see the **Add**, **Edit**, **Remove**, **Enable** actions. - A **Disabled** badge hides a facility from the reservation calendar. - When no facilities exist or a filter hides them, you’ll see a “No facilities” or “No facilities in this filter” message. - TransPas reservations can only be edited or moved via their pop‑over; dragging the bars does nothing.
