Tip: tap **Add** to start a new reservation. helpKey: FacilityPlanning generated: true --- # Facility reservations Use this page to see and manage reservations for facilities such as arenas, walkers and treadmills. It’s the place to schedule a horse or check existing bookings. ## What's on this page - **Facility type**: dropdown to limit the list of facilities to a specific type (e.g., arena, walker). Always shown. - **Stable filter** button (appears when you have more than one stable) lets you restrict the view to a particular stable. - **Add** button (**+** icon) opens the reservation editor to create a new booking. Shown only if you have rights to create reservations. - **My reservations** button (appears when you arrived here from the My reservations view) returns you to that view. - Calendar view: each facility is shown as a row, each day as a column. Reservations appear as blocks; a green line indicates remaining capacity. - **No facilities** message: shown when the organization has no facilities defined. - **No facilities in this filter** message: shown when the current filter hides all facilities. ## Common tasks ### Create a new reservation 1. Tap **Add** in the toolbar. 2. In the editor, choose the horse, facility, date, start time and duration. 3. Confirm to save the reservation. ### Edit an existing reservation 1. Click the reservation block you want to change. 2. Adjust the details in the editor that opens. 3. Save the changes. ### Filter facilities 1. Open the **Facility type** dropdown and pick a type. 2. If you have several stables, tap the **Stable filter** button and select a stable. 3. The calendar refreshes showing only the matching facilities. ## Good to know - You must have at least one facility defined; otherwise you see the **No facilities** notice. Create and configure facilities (including capacity and booking rules) in the **Manage facilities** tab (requires facility‑management rights). - If your filter results in no facilities, the **No facilities in this filter** notice appears. Change the filter or the stable selection at the top. - The list of other users’ bookings (the block list) is only displayed in the My reservations view – here you see only your own reservations. - The calendar automatically switches between week view on wide screens and three‑day view on smaller screens.
