The unit appears after the default quantity and price. #### Default quantity - Enter the standard amount of this feed type used per feeding. The chosen quantity measure is shown after the number. #### Average price (shown only when you have admin rights) - Enter the typical price per chosen quantity measure; it is used in cost calculations of the feed schema. #### Warning - Add any important note or caution about this feed type; the text appears as a warning in the feed schema. #### After saving - The feed type is added to or updated in the feed type list under Feed Settings and becomes available when you create or edit a feed schema. No notifications are sent. ## Feeding times {#feedings} The tile lists all feeding times you have defined for the day. ### Reading the Feeding times - **Clock icon**: marks a row as a feeding time. - **Name**: the label you gave the feeding (e.g., “Morning”). - **Time**: the time of day the feeding occurs, shown as HH:MM. - **Three‑dot menu** (⋯): opens actions for that feeding. - **Edit**: opens the save feeding form to change the name or time. - **Remove**: opens a confirmation dialog to delete the feeding time. - **Add feeding time** button (plus icon): opens the save feeding form to create a new feeding time. ### Add, edit or delete a feeding time 1. To remove a feeding, click the **⋯** icon, choose **Remove**, then confirm with **Remove** in the dialog (or cancel with **Cancel**). ### Good to know - The list shows the feeding times set for the currently selected stable and refreshes after any change. - The **Add feeding time**, **Edit**, and **Remove** actions are only available if you have rights to manage feedings. - Times are displayed in 24‑hour format and sorted chronologically. ### Edit feeding time / New feeding time {#save-feeding} Use this dialog to add a feeding time to the feed schema or change an existing one. #### Name - type a label for the feeding (for example 'Morning'). This label is shown in the feed schema and when assigning feeds. #### Time - pick the time of day (24‑hour format) when the feeding occurs. It determines where the feeding appears in the daily schedule. #### After saving - the new or updated feeding time is stored in the feed schema, the modal closes and the list of feedings in the settings page refreshes automatically.
