All other pages use this information. Do this in the [Organization admin](/documentation/organization-admin/) hub. ## Set up your users Invite staff and give them login access. Use the **Invite user** button. Manage the accounts on the [Users](/documentation/admin-users-list/) page. ## Set up roles and permissions Define what each staff member can do by creating **Roles** and assigning **Permissions**. Add or edit roles on the [Permissions](/documentation/permissions/) page. ## Add your contacts Enter owners, suppliers, customers and other people you work with. Manage them in the [Contacts](/documentation/contact-list/) page. ## Add horses and define horse settings Create each horse, assign its stable and owners, and set defaults such as groups, care defaults and vaccination rules. Use the [Horse list](/documentation/horses-list/) to add horses and the [Settings](/documentation/horses-settings/) page for defaults. ## Configure activities (optional) If you plan training, vet visits or breeding checks, set up activity types and day‑part divisions in the [Activities](/documentation/activities/) section. ## Set up feeding (optional) First create feed types and feeding times in the [Settings](/documentation/feed-settings/) page, then assign feeds per horse in the [Feeding](/documentation/feeding/) page to build a feed schema. ## Set up financial administration (optional) Define company details, VAT rates and pricing, then start invoicing and tracking payments in the [Financial administration](/documentation/financial-administration/) area. ## Good to know - Click the question‑mark next to any page title for instant help and a chat with support. - Modules become visible only after they are part of your subscription; you don’t enable them in Settings. - Changes to roles, permissions or organisation data take effect after you press **Save** on the relevant page.
