Click **Edit** (pencil icon) on the tile header. 2. In the **Default vaccination rules** dropdown, choose a rule or **None**. 3. Enter a number in each **Default … weeks** field, or clear it to stop automatic scheduling. 4. Click **Save**. If any value changed, a confirmation appears; click **Yes** to apply to all horses, or **No** to keep existing horses unchanged. 5. Click **Cancel** to close without saving. ### Good to know - The **Edit** button is only visible if you have permission to edit organisation settings. - New horses automatically get these defaults; existing horses only change after you confirm the bulk update. - Leaving a weeks field empty disables automatic scheduling for that care activity. ## Groups {#groups} The Groups tile lists all horse groups you have created and lets you add, edit or delete groups. ### Reading the Groups - **Name**: the name you gave the group, used for filtering horses. - **Three-dot icon**: opens a menu with **Edit** and **Remove** actions. ### Add a new horse group 1. Click the **Add** button at the top right of the tile. 2. In the dialog, enter a **Name** for the group and click **Save**. 3. The new group appears in the list. ### Edit a horse group 1. Click the three-dot **icon** next to the group you want to change. 2. Choose **Edit** from the menu. 3. Change the **Name** and click **Save**. ### Delete a horse group 1. Click the three-dot **icon** next to the group. 2. Choose **Remove**. 3. Confirm by clicking **Delete** in the confirmation dialog. ### Good to know - When no groups exist you see the message There are currently no groups. - Groups can be used to filter the horse list, the horse calendar, care planning and feed planning. - Deleting a group cannot be undone; the horses remain but lose their group assignment. ### Add/Edit horse group {#save-group} This form lets you add a new horse group or change the name of an existing one. #### Name - Enter the desired group name. It is required and will be shown in the groups list and used when assigning horses. #### After saving - The group appears (or is updated) in the list of horse groups on the Groups page. ## Vaccination rules {#vaccination-rules} This tile lists the vaccination rules defined for your stable. ### Reading the Vaccination rules - **Name**: the rule's identifier, shown in bold. - The paragraph below the name tells the timing: the horse must be vaccinated within the given months and extra days, and then cannot compete for the indicated number of days. ### Add a vaccination rule 1. Click **Add** (button with a plus icon) at the top of the tile. 2. The **Add vaccination rule** form opens; fill in the required fields and press **Save**. 3. After saving, the new rule appears in the list. ### Edit a vaccination rule 1. Click the three‑dot **Menu** on the right side of the rule you want to change. 2. Choose **Edit**; the same form opens pre‑filled. Adjust the fields and click **Save**. ### Delete a vaccination rule 1. Click the three‑dot **Menu** next to the rule. 2. Choose **Remove** (shown in red). 3. Confirm with **Delete** or cancel with **Cancel**. ### Good to know - Edit and remove options are only shown for rules that belong to your organisation. - If there are no rules, the tile shows "There are currently no vaccination rules." - A loading indicator is displayed while the rules are being loaded. ### Vaccination rule {#save-vaccination-rule} Use this dialog to add a new vaccination rule or modify an existing one. #### Period between vaccination - **Months** – number of months that should pass between each vaccination. - **Days** (optional) – extra days you may add to the interval. #### Number of days not competing after vaccination - Number of days the horse may not participate in competitions after the vaccine. #### After saving - The rule appears in the vaccination‑rules list and can be assigned to horses.
