Use it when you need to set up accounting, report to the RvO, or import pedigree data. ## What's on this page - **Active integrations**: shows each connected service with its name, description, icon and the buttons **Configure** (if the integration has extra settings) and **Disconnect**. For the Dutch RvO integration you also see **Import from RvO** and **Connect location(s)** buttons. HorseTelex appears here for pedigree import but has no actions. - **Add an integration**: lists services that are not yet connected. Click **Connect** to start the authorisation flow. ## Common tasks ### Connect a new integration 1. In the **Add an integration** section click **Connect** on the desired service. 2. If your organisation has several companies, select the **Company** from the dropdown. 3. Press **Authorize and connect**; a new window opens for authorisation. After you complete it, the integration appears under **Active integrations**. ### Configure Exact integration 1. In the **Active integrations** list find **Exact** and click **Configure**. 2. In the dialog enter the **Sales journal Exact ID** (or leave empty to use the lowest ID) and click **Save**. 3. The dialog closes and the new setting is applied. ### Connect locations with RvO and import horses (Netherlands only) 1. In the **Active integrations** tile locate **Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RvO)** and click **Connect location(s)**. 2. In the dialog select the locations you want to link and click **Close**. 3. Then press **Import from RvO** to import horse data; the button shows **Importing** while the import runs. ## Good to know - The RvO integration only appears when your primary company is in the Netherlands. - The **Configure** button is shown only for integrations that need extra settings (currently Exact). - Connecting a bookkeeping integration requires the Accounting module; without it you will be prompted to upgrade your subscription. - When your organisation has multiple companies, the setup dialog will ask you to choose a **Company** for the connection. ## Configure Exact integration {#configure-exact} Set the Exact sales journal that Equinem will use for invoicing. ### Sales journal Exact ID - Enter the Exact identifier of the sales journal you want Equinem to post invoices to. Leaving it blank makes Equinem choose the journal with the lowest ID. ### After saving - The new journal ID is saved to your stable’s settings, the modal closes and all future invoices are posted to that journal. ## Connect locations with RvO {#connect-rvo} This dialog lets you link your locations to the RvO, enabling horse import from the RvO. ### Locations list - Each row shows a location (stable or box). Use the action in the row to connect that location with the RvO. ## Integration setup {#setup-integration} Use this dialog to connect an external integration to your Equinem organisation. ### Company - Choose the company whose data should be linked to the integration. This field appears only if your organisation has several companies and the integration can be connected to more than one; otherwise it is hidden. ### After saving - Click **Authorize and connect** to open a new window where you must complete the authorisation steps. When the process succeeds a check‑mark and **Successfully connected to …** message appear, and the integration shows up in the Active integrations list.
