Click the three‑dot icon on the right of the row and choose **Edit**. 2. In the **Edit payment** modal change amount, payment method or date, then press **Save**. 3. The list refreshes with the updated information. ### Delete a payment 1. Click the three‑dot icon and choose **Delete**. 2. Confirm the deletion in the **Delete payment** modal. 3. The payment disappears from the list. ### Open the linked invoice or order 1. Look at the **Reference** column – it shows **Invoice** or **Order {uid}** when linked. 2. Click anywhere on that row (except the three‑dot icon) to open the invoice or order details page. ## Good to know - You only see this page when you have the rights to view or manage financial data; otherwise you get a **Forbidden** page. - The **Reference** column is only shown for payments linked to an invoice or an order. - The status badge appears only if the payment has a status; colours help you spot issues quickly. - Admin users without any company set up see a **Setup company details** modal – add a company before invoicing. ## Edit payment {#save-payment} Use this dialog to modify the details of a payment you have already recorded. ### **Payment method** Select how the money was received – Bank, Cash, Credit card or Pin. The list shows the methods available in your stable. ### **Payment date** Set the date the money was received. The field is pre‑filled with the payment’s original date. ### After saving The changes are saved, the dialog closes and the updated payment appears in the payments list. Anyone who can view payments will see the new details.
