# Order

This page shows the complete information for a single semen order. Use it to review the order, edit its data, copy addresses or perform actions such as printing the breeding agreement.

## What's on this page

- **General**: shows the overall order data (order number, customer, agent, receiver, notes, dates, creation info, invoices, breeding plan) – always present.
- **Semen from …**: displays the breeding item details – stallion, semen collection station, mare, price, discount, VAT, semen type, usage type, quantity, studbook and pick status.
- **Shipping**: (only when a shipping product is part of the order or shipping documents are filled) shows provider, service type, price, VAT, status, slip number and TRACES/E‑Cert numbers and seals.
- **Administration cost**: (only if the order contains a breeding‑administration item) shows its price and VAT.
- **Health certificate cost**: (only if a health‑certificate item is present) shows its price and VAT.

## Common tasks

### Edit the order
1. Click **Edit** (pencil icon) in the top‑right action menu.
2. Change the fields you need in the modal that opens (e.g., mare, stallion, quantity, shipping address).
3. Press **Save order** (or **Save order and finalize later**) to apply the changes.

### Print the breeding agreement
1. Click **Print breeding agreement** (download icon) in the top‑right action menu.
2. The agreement PDF is generated and downloaded automatically.
3. Open the file and print it.

### Copy a mailing address
1. In the **Customer** or **Receiver** section, click the **Copy address** icon (two sheets).
2. The displayed address is copied to your clipboard.
3. Paste it wherever you need (e.g., email or document).

## Good to know
- The **Repeat order** field shows “Yes” when the system linked this order to a previous one for the same mare; the current order is handled as a repeat.
- The **Incomplete order** line appears only while the order is still being completed; it disappears once the order is marked complete.
- The **Copy address** and **Update customer address** icons appear only if a historic customer address exists, and the update icon is shown only when that address differs from the current contact details.
- Shipping details (provider, service type, price, status, slip number) are displayed only when a shipping product is part of the order; otherwise you will only see the TRACES/E‑Cert fields.
