VAT)** with usage period (e.g., per month), **VAT**, and **Start/end date**. Columns **Service name**, **Horse**, and **Start/end date** are sortable by clicking the column header. - If no services match the filters, a **No recurring services** message is displayed. ## Common tasks ### Add a new recurring service 1. Click **Add recurring service**. 2. In the modal, select the horse(s), choose a service, set the start and (optional) end dates, price, and any comment. 3. Press **Save** to create the service. ### Find a specific service 1. Type the customer or horse name in the **Search** box, or select a **Customer** or **Horse** filter. 2. Adjust the **Active** filter if you need to see inactive contracts. 3. The table updates to show matching services. ### View or edit an existing service 1. Click a row (or the gear icon) in the table to open the service details. 2. On the detail page you can modify the contract (if you have permission) and save it. ## Good to know - Your filters (Customer, Horse, Active) are saved in the browser and stay applied when you return to the page. - The **Add recurring service** button and this page are only visible when you have rights to manage the financial module. - When a service has no end date, the **Start/end date** column shows “n/a”. - If no company details are set up, a prompt appears with a **Setup company details** button to configure them before creating services. ## Recurring service {#save-recurring-service} Use this form to create a new recurring service contract for selected horses or edit an existing one. ### Horses - Choose the horses that will receive the service (only when adding a new contract). ### Service - Pick the service (product) to bill; cannot be changed on an active contract. ### Start date - Set the first day the service is charged; editable only if the service hasn't started yet. ### End date - Set the last day the service is charged; leave empty for an ongoing contract. ### Price per usage / Price - The price for one usage (e.g., per month) is pre‑filled from the service but can be adjusted; the currency appears on the right. ### Comment - Add an internal note about the contract. ### After saving - The contract appears in the Service contracts list; charges will be generated automatically and show up on future invoices.
