# Facility reservations

Use this page to view the facility reservations that come from TransPas, displayed as a Gantt chart.

## What's on this page
- **Facility reservations**: the Gantt chart that lists all TransPas reservations per facility slot.
- **Filter controls**: view‑type, time‑scale and stable filters (visible on wide screens only).
- **Month / day header**: month name and day numbers across the top of the chart.
- **Daily notes header**: area for messages or tasks (empty on this page).
- **No facilities** message: appears when the organisation has no facilities defined.
- **No facilities in this filter** message: appears when the current filter leaves no facilities to show.

## Common tasks
### Change a reservation
1. Click the reservation bar in the Gantt chart to open its pop‑over.
2. In the pop‑over, click **Change TransPas reservation**.
3. Edit the fields in the form and click **Save**.

### Move a reservation to another facility
1. Click the reservation bar to open its pop‑over.
2. Click **Move to facility**.
3. Choose a different facility in the modal and click **Save**.

### Cancel a reservation
1. Click the reservation bar.
2. Click **Cancel reservation** in the pop‑over.
3. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

## Good to know
- You cannot add reservations here; they are supplied by TransPas and can only be edited or moved.
- Editing or moving is done via the reservation pop‑over; dragging the bars does nothing.
- If no facilities exist or your filter removes them, you will see the “No facilities” or “No facilities in this filter” message.
- The view‑type and time‑scale filters are shown only on larger screens; on a phone the chart always shows a week view.

## Move to facility {#move-to-facility}

This form lets you move a TransPas reservation to a free box in a different facility.

### Facility
- Choose a different facility from the dropdown; the current facility is not listed.

### Box
- After selecting a facility, a grid of boxes appears. Green boxes are free, red boxes are occupied and cannot be clicked. Click a green box to select it; the selected box is highlighted in darker green.
- The **Move** button is enabled only after a free box is selected.
- If no free box is available, a red message tells you this.

### After saving
- The reservation is transferred to the chosen facility and box and will appear in that facility’s schedule.
